2024 Season Information

Greetings Wedgewood Whales! Registration for the 2024 season is now open until May 25th, look for an email sent from the club in mid-April with more details. See below for current League and Team information and schedules and more updates to come this spring!

2024 SCCSL Schedule

(*All dates & events subject to change*)

*In order to qualify for either of the Championship meets, swimmers must participate in at least three (3) of the League Events listed below:

 

Week of June 17 (TBD) - Time Trials (during AM practices)

Saturday, June 22 (9am) - Relay Carnival Meet @ Waterview

Wednesday, June 26 (5pm)- Dual Meet #1

Saturday, June 29 (9am)- League Invitational Meet @ Roslyn

Wednesday, July 10 (5pm)- Dual Meet #2

Saturday, July 13 (9am)- Dual Meet #3

*Saturday, July 20 (9am)- 1st Championships @ Greenwoods

*Fri./Sat., July 26/27 - 2nd Championships @ Wedgewood

AFTERNOON PRACTICES (starting Tuesday, May 28)

Lower Pool

  • 13 and up: 3:30-4:30

  • 12 and under: 4:00-5:00

  • 10 and under: 4:30-5:30

  • 8 and under: 5:15-6:00

    • *Developmental Group Practices will begin with Morning Practices (Friday, June 14)​

Lower Pool

  • 13 and up: 7:45-9:15

  • 12 and under: 8:45-10:00

  • 10 and under: 10:30-11:45

  • 8 and under: 9:45-10:45

Upper Pool

  • Developmental A: 10:15-11:00

  • Developmental B: 9:30-10:15

  • Developmental C: 9:00-9:30

The Wedgewood Swim Team is comprised of approximately 200 swimmers ages 5-18 and competes in the Southern Chester County Swim League. The team is split into competitive and developmental squads. All swim team members are required to be active members of the Wedgewood Swim Club.
